Our professional, heavy duty custom floor mats are printed using a state of the art digital printer. Colours are permanently dyed into the carpet pile and treated with exclusive Stain stopper TM technology to prevent colour loss. Reproduction of fine details, shading, three dimensional images and HD printing are all easily achieved. We must highlight that your design is not just simply printed on to the surface of the mat, but instead deep dyed into the high twist nylon carpet pile to ensure the design lasts the life of the custom floor mat. Perfect for long-lasting branding at your business premises.
Available in a range of standard, runner or custom sizes and fully washable, our printed door mats are ideal for reception areas, offices, schools, universities, hotels or any other location. We can also manufacture branded floor mats in bespoke shapes such as circular, round and semi-circle. Should your branded door mat need to be recessed into a mat well please advise when requesting a quote so we can tailor accordingly.
Aside from looking fantastic, our printed logo door mats are durable, practical and eco friendly. Any logo, branding or welcome message is printed onto the durable tufted nylon carpeted pile, which is resistant to staining. The plush, carpet pile is made from 100% recycled post-consumer polyester (PET). Whilst the rubber border and backing is produced using phthalate free nitrile rubber that contains 34% postindustrial recycled content in the rubber polymer. Options include a smooth or claw finish backing and the printed door mats come with a bevelled edge, making wheel access easy for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

- Cleaning: Wash your logo door mats at the recommended temperatures of between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius. Do not exceed 50 degrees

Logo door mats can be cleaned in several different ways.
- They can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions *)
- Vacuumed regularly (daily in high-traffic areas; weekly in lower-traffic applications);
- Cleaned with an extractor, or hosed off as necessary to remove heavy soil.
- Hang to dry. Mats should always be dry before they are placed back in service.
Printed logo door mat – washing instructions:
- Flush, 2-3 Min. on a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49°C
- Flush (optional), 2-3 Min. on a medium water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
- Break, 2-3 Min. on a high water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
- Rinse, 2 Min. on a high water level with cold temperature
- Rinse, 2 Min. on a high water level with cold temperature
- Extract on low speed, 1-2 Min.
- Shake out with the drum turning, 1 Min.
- Extract, on a maximum of 250G, 3-5 Min.
- Dry (optional), 5-10 Min. with a maximum basket temperature of 82 °C
- Cool down, 5 Min.
Additional Recommendations:
- For Heavy Soiled Mats, increase temperature up to max. 60°C.
- Break should not exceed pH of 9,5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
- Do not over dry mats; Basket-temperature of dryer should not exceed 82 °C.
- If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 49 °C. This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
- Lay mats flat following removal from washer; allow mats to cool before rolling
