If your mat order has not been dispatched, then you may cancel your order.  You will need to email sales@matsnationwide.co.uk for clarification.

For all custom size and logo mat orders, if production has not commenced then you may be able to cancel, again, you will need to email sales@matsnationwide.co.uk for clarification.

Yes, we manufacture circular (round) and semi circle shaped mats.  Please email your measurements to sales@matsnationwide.co.uk for an instant quote.

 

Yes. You can either email your purchase order through to sales@matsnationwide.co.uk . Alternatively, you can place an order online and then select ‘payment by purchase order’ at checkout where you can then fill in your purchase order number, or upload your purchase order.

If a purchase order is supplied, payment is due when you the products are signed for (Unless other terms have been agreed in writing prior to delivery). Once a purchase order is received from you the customer, an order has then been placed and this will constitute a contract between Mats Nationwide and you the customer. If the order is cancelled after production has commenced you shall be responsible for payment in full. All goods remain the property of Mats Nationwide until full payment is received.

VAT is added at check-out to your total mat order.  For all VAT exempt countries please confirm your VAT number at time if ordering and this shall be deducted.

Mats can be ordered online, by telephone or email. For logo mats, we offer a free design service so that can have a preview of your floor mat before placing a final order.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer (BACS) or cheque.

For all stock items, delivery will be between 1-3 working days depending on the time you placed the order.

For all custom sizes or bespoke mats, including logo mats, delivery is typically between 5-15 working days from placing and confirming your order.

Please note once dispatched and with the couriers we are not liable for any delays .

We offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders.

We will usually be able to deliver internationally, excluding the following countries and territories: Asia and The Middle East, South America, and Australia.  These orders will be subject to delivery charges and quoted accordingly.

 

We do not pass any of your details onto any third party. Personal details are used by Mats Nationwide only for order processing and communication with you the customer.

Whenever possible our products come from sustainable resources and we endeavour to minimise waste from our operations and where possible re-use or re-cycle.

We also control the level of harmful emissions wherever practicable.

All of mats are manufactured to the highest quality standards and tested for their durability, however all our products come with a guarantee which is detailed on each product page.

We offer a wide range of mats in stock, in standard mat sizes in a range of colours available for immediate dispatch.

We also manufacture customised mats cut to your bespoke size as well as circular/round mats.
