• Does my mat come with a guarantee? - Click to expand
All domestic mats comes with a five year guarantee. All commercial mats come with a two years against manufacturing faults. Logo mats fastrack have an 11 year guarantee against colour loss.

Whenever possible our products come from sustainable resources and we endeavour to minimise waste from our operations and where possible we re-use or re-cycle. We endeavour to control the level of harmful emissions wherever practicable

• Do the mats come in any other shapes and sizes? - Click to expand
Yes, we can supply square, round, diagonal or runner mats. Please contact us for further information.
• How do I wash my domestic mat(s)? - Click to expand
Wash all domestic mats at no more than 40 degrees and spin at the fastest rate possible. Do not use fabric conditioner, do not wash with any other articles and avoid washing different colours together. We recommend that you check the load limit on your washing machine as large mats are heavy when wet. If you are cutting a mat to size, we always recommend washing the mat three times before cutting as shrinkage may occur. Please note our guarantee will not stand once mats have been cut.
• How do I dry my domestic mat(s)? - Click to expand
All domestic mats can be safely tumble dried on low settings. We find it best to shake the mats thoroughly after removing from the washing machine.
• Can I cut my domestic mat(s) to size? - Click to expand
All our domestic mats can be cut to size if necessary and will not fray. Please wash your mat three times before cutting as shrinkage may occur. Please note our guarantee will not stand once mats have been cut.
• Will the rubber backing mark my floor? - Click to expand
The nitrile rubber backing used on all our mats should not stain on any normal unprocessed flooring, however if you have put any kind of treatment on the flooring i.e oil to protect it perhaps then it may have a reaction with the rubber and could cause some staining. Mats also need to be laid out of direct sunlight as prolonged direct sunlight could cause marking.

• Can your mats be made to measure? - Click to expand
Yes, all our domestic and commercial mats can be made to any bespoke size with or without the rubber border. All mats come with our nitrile rubber backing. However, all washable mats that are manufactured to specific sizes are prone to a size tolerance of + and – 5% when manufactured as rubber can expand and contract with temperature. All coir and diamond mats are not susceptible to size tolerance when manufactured. Please contact us for further information and prices.
